   Press Begin Turn to draw two cards. If your hand is empty, draw five.

   Bank cards, place properties, or use action cards.

   Resolve actions

   Targets may play Just Say No, then choose which bank cards or properties cover payment.

4. 04
   Finish first

   The first player with three complete property sets wins.
